The casting unit is a new type of equipment developed by our company, which mainly consists of a small casting machine. The casting machine is a mechanical equipment oriented to the forming of cast film products of rubber and plastic materials, mainly used in the fields of forming of cast film products, formulation development of cast forming materials, and performance research of cast forming materials, such as conveying the materials to the casting machine to take the cast film products, and so on.
Its biggest advantage is light and practical. In the process of using, the rotational speed of casting roller and traction roller can be controlled by frequency conversion motor, which makes the conveying speed of material adjustable, in order to make all kinds of sheet products to meet the requirements of users.
In order to meet the experimental needs of different customers, special research and development of double and triple co-extrusion casting test machine equipment, this equipment is a rubber, plastic and plastic materials for the cast film products forming machinery and equipment, mainly used for the cast film products forming, casting material formula development, casting material performance research and other fields, such as the material will be transported to the casting machine to take the cast film products, and so on. Conventional structure is divided into: AB, ABA, ABC, ABCBA.
(1) The extruder is driven by international brand frequency conversion motor, with stable plasticising and good consistency;
(2) Extruder: the barrel and screw are the key parts of the machine, where the plasticising and extruding of materials take place. The barrel and screw are made of high quality nitrided steel 38CrMoALA, and the surface is treated with one week gas nitriding, which has good mechanical properties such as high hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and greatly extends its service life.
(3) The barrel heating of this machine adopts mica heater with stainless steel wind cover, which is beautiful and energy-saving, with good heat-resistant performance, long service life, even heat transfer, and easy to be replaced; the fan cools through the set channel (automatically open the fan to cool when it exceeds the temperature), and the cooling effect is good.
(4) Transmission device: the drive motor is directly connected with the reducer, and the output shaft of the reducer is connected with the screw to drive the screw to rotate. The transmission device has a compact structure, smooth operation and strong bearing pressure.
(5) Emergency stop device and all kinds of safety protection, to protect the safety of operators; high intelligence, easy to operate.
